Staff Nurse - Full time - Bournemouth
£26,000 - £28,500

Dream Medical are working with a modern, purpose built private hospital and have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Staff Nurse to join the team in Bournemouth. We're looking for a nurse who is currently registered with the NMC and who has recent experience in an acute surgical ward caring for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery, gynae, urology and general surgery.

As a competent staff nurse you will already have experience in mentoring other nurses and have the ability to direct, support and develop others with less experience (Earlies, Lates and occasional nights and weekends). Knowing your worth at work is so important. That's why we promote an environment of support and encouragement, and it makes all the difference.

You will be based in an exceptionally caring environment with 41 beds, 3 theatres, an endoscopy room and 4 treatment rooms. Our service provision is varied, covering everything from outpatients and minor procedures through to major surgical specialties.

Requirements:

• NMC Registration and pin
• 6 months UK ward experience
• Flexibility with regards to shift patterns
