Permanent Practice Nurse - Witton, Birmingham

Up to £35,000 p/a

Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Witton who are currently looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

The position is permanent full time and duties are as follows:

• Work as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.

Requirements:

• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Diabetes
• Asthma and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
• Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations

Salary £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependent on experience.
