Dream Medical are working with a friendly GP surgery in Surrey. This surgery currently have 8000 patients and they are looking for an excellent Practice Nurse to join their multi-disciplinary team on a permanent basis. This role will allow the appointed candidate to flourish and be pivotal in the development of provision of nursing care and it's planning in primary care.

You will need be experienced and up to date in Cytology, Travel Vaccinations, Baby & Child Immunisations, Phlebotomy, Spirometry and Wounds & Dressings. Chronic disease management is desirable but not essential.

Requirements:

• NMC Registration
• RGN Qualifications
• Practice Nurse experience
• Up to date certificates for all training
