Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal meals for residents.
• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment.
• Engage with residents.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage kitchen staff and supplies.
• Travel between multiple care homes in the region.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ or City & Guilds equivalent.
• Up to date food hygiene qualifications.
• Experience working with fresh seasonal food.
• Understanding of nutrition.
• Strong kitchen management skills.
