Perinatal Fathers Support Lead

Home-StartWakefield & District invites applications for a Dad Matters Co-ordinator. The post holder will support fathers and male carers in the perinatal period by delivering universal and targeted interventions and by working with professionals to ensure dads are engaged and heard within clinical pathways.

The role includes recruiting and training volunteers, developing the Dad Matters programme across Wakefield, and building links with health partners to evaluate impact and improve services.
