Performance Squad Coach / Player-Coach Opportunity

Crewe Vagrants Hockey Club - Crewe, Cheshire

Crewe Vagrants Hockey Club is seeking an ambitious and driven Performance Squad Coach, Player-Coach, or Coaching Partnership to help lead the next phase of our development.

Commitment: Approx. 5 hours per week

Pay: £30-£50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Reports to: Club Committee

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality, structured training aligned with club objectives
• Support 1st team match day preparation and performance analysis
• Develop players across technical, tactical, physical and psychological areas
• Support youth transition into senior hockey
• Contribute to long-term performance strategy

Qualifications

• Significant coaching and/or high-level playing experience
• Ability to deliver engaging, structured sessions
• Strong communication skills and high standards
• Experience with performance/senior squadsVideo analysis experience
