Performance Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition strategy end-to-end and drive scalable growth across digital channels.

This is a hands-on role where you'll build, optimise and scale campaigns across paid social, search and display - turning data into measurable growth.

• Develop and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms
• Optimise daily performance to maximise ROI and hit acquisition targets
• Own paid budgets, forecasting and scaling efficiently
• Analyse campaign data and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative teams to test and scale high-performing ads
• Support product launches and wider brand campaigns

• Proven track record managing paid social and search with strong ROI
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and analytics (GA, pixels, etc.)
• Commercially minded and data-driven
• Confident managing multiple campaigns and budgets
• Thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments

Desirable: experience within D2C, fitness, sports or lifestyle brands.
