Performance Marketing Lead - Talent Acquisition

Location: London preferred (hybrid: ideally 3+ days in office). Open to remote for exceptional candidates, with in-person face-time as required. Full time or Part time.

The Role

Talent Attraction is a core part of inploi's business, driving significant revenue and playing a crucial role in both foundational and new customer lifecycles. It is a key pillar of our five-year strategy and a major contributor to customer success, helping businesses optimise their recruitment marketing spend. However, we believe there is significant untapped potential, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to take it to the next level.

We are looking for someone who sees beyond traditional job advertising. Someone who thrives on automation, bid optimisation, smarter programmatic rule sets, and new publisher/audience activation. This is a blank canvas, and the opportunity to design and execute a system that outperforms competitors and creates a perfectly efficient recruitment marketing engine.

What You'll DoCampaign Performance
  • Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across job boards, Meta, and other digital channels

  • Improve efficiency via rules-based automation, budget allocation, and performance testing

  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, iterate quickly, and scale what works

Publisher Management
  • Own relationships with job boards and performance marketing partners

  • Manage feed health, oversee integrations, and explore new sources of traffic

  • Negotiate pricing and manage campaign ROI across publishers

Automation & Insights
  • Build programmatic bidding frameworks and decisioning rules

  • Use campaign and publisher data to continuously improve targeting and outcomes

  • Identify automation opportunities to increase performance and reduce manual effort

Strategic Contribution
  • Help define the future of inploi's Attraction product - AI-led, self-serve, and beyond paid ads

  • Collaborate with Product, CS, and Partnerships to build scalable, integrated solutions

  • Inform our roadmap with real-world insights and customer impact

  • Advanced data fluency (Google Sheets mastery required; SQL a bonus)

  • Experience designing rule-based automation or budget optimisation models

  • Clear evidence of progression and increased responsibility

  • History of solving hard problems, building new processes, or improving systems at speed

  • Proven success managing job advertising or digital performance marketing at scale

  • Direct experience working with programmatic platforms, feed integrations, and performance data

  • Comfort in campaign delivery and strategic optimisation - this is not a learning role
