Job Description
Role Purpose

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the Performance Marketing Executive will lead the execution and optimisation of our paid media strategy, with a primary focus on Meta. This role combines strategic thinking, hands on campaign management, performance analysis, and cross functional collaboration to drive profitable growth across key acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, and Google.

This is a commercially focused role responsible for scaling revenue efficiently while maintaining strong return on ad spend and customer acquisition cost targets.

Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Planning
  • Own the day to day management, execution and optimisation of paid media strategy, with primary focus on Meta.
  • Support full funnel campaign planning across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Build and manage detailed media plans aligned to budget, trading calendar, launches, and campaign moments.
  • Collaborate with Social and Product Marketing teams to align creative strategy with performance objectives.
  • Identify scaling opportunities across audiences, creative angles, and channel mix.
  • Continuously test and optimise audiences, creative, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Closely monitor performance daily and take swift and proactive action to protect ROAS and revenue targets.
Creative & Performance Integration
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and actions and performance driven creative feedback to the Social and Content teams.
  • Analyse creative performance data and provide insights to optimise future asset development.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Social Content Executive to identify high performing organic content for paid amplification.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with platform best practices and performance goals.
  • Track, analyse and report on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, CVR, and revenue contribution.
  • Contribute to forecasting and target setting across channels.
Growth & Experimentation
  • Identify new growth opportunities within paid media channels identifying Identify risks and opportunities within performance trends.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and best practice changes.
  • Support expansion into new markets where required.
Skills & Experience
  • 2-4+ years' experience in performance marketing, within a fast paced e commerce or DTC environment, ideally in fashion or apparel.
  • Proven, hands on expertise managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns (essential).
  • Strong knowledge and experience across TikTok and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing and optimising six figure monthly budgets.
  • Confident analysing data identifying trends and turning insights into action.
  • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive, accountable, and results driven.
