The Challenge:Ignite the Next Generation of Elite Talent
Drive performance at the 2023 Ealing Sports Club of the Year and an official England Hockey Talent Certified Club. We are seeking a dynamic Coach for our Junior Talent Centre to accelerate the technical and tactical development of our most promising U12-U16 players, bridging the performance gap to National Age Group squads.
Your High-Impact Mission- Lead high-intensity and engaging sessions, championing advanced technical skill and cutting edge game intelligence.
- Deliver individualised mentorship and collaborate on fast traking "emerging talent" into performance squads.
Utilise video analysis to elevate tactical awareness.
You must be a "player-centred" coach with lived experience in a competitive performance environment.
- Performance DNA: Playing Pedigree within the England Hockey System to at least Regional Junior level (e.g., Talent Academy/former JRPC).
- Required Certification: England Hockey Club Coach Award (Level 2) or actively working towards it.
- Compliance: Possess the 'Right to Work' in the UK and be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Character:Energetic, professional, and a "student of the game" capable of inspiring the next generation.
- Work within an official Talent Certified Club with dedicated sports science and medical support.
- Guaranteed professional development with clear opportunities for career progression into Lead Coach or Senior Performance roles.
