  • Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly & courteously
  • Ensuring all parts are sourced, ordered, checked & stored correctly
  • Correctly identify required parts for workshop, sales & customers
  • Using dealer management systems to order & control stock
  • Using eBay & internet shops to sell & source stock
  • Using social media to promote parts & accessories
  • Assisting in stock checks & van deliveries where required
