What you'll doAs a Talent and Performance Executive at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of the annual Talent and Performance cycle and key products within the overall portfolio. Your responsibilities will include providing subject matter expertise support to the team for the design, development, and deployment of various talent and performance interventions across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Performance and Talent, Talent Managers, and People partner teams to drive the adoption and continuous improvement of key talent and performance initiatives, while also partnering with the Tech and Analytics team to ensure effective planning and enablement of key processes. Additionally, you will engage with internal and external networks to identify best practises, conduct post-implementation reviews and analysis, and continuously refine leadership development products through feedback and data-driven insights to drive impact and effectiveness.

Essential Criteria- Demonstrable experience delivering talent and performance management processes, including coordinating key moments in the annual cycle.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects or programmes through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Evidence of analysing qualitative and quantitative data to generate insight, inform recommendations and produce stakeholder reporting.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including People Partners, Tech and Analytics teams, and external networks.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office with the ability to produce clear written communication and confidently present to stakeholders
