Performance Analyst - Police Staff - EMSOU - Counter Terrorism East Midlands

As Performance Analyst for Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP), you'll play an important role by conducting strategic analysis to enable evidence-based decision making across the organisation, ensuring effective delivery of priorities and objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Creating performance dashboards across different capability strands using Power BI/Tableau and presenting data
  • Using analysis of previous trends, operational knowledge and horizon scanning techniques to support projects
  • Using analytical techniques and statistical processes to evaluate data and interpret trends, performance and outcomes resulting from CTP activity
