As Percy French Manager, you'll be a vital part of creating memorable experiences for our guests - delivering hospitality with a smile, managing the team and the operation, and taking pride in every detail.

What You'll Do

As the Percy French Manager you are responsible for:

  • The consistent delivery of an exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding our guests expectations.
  • The management of stock control and inventory management.
  • Controlling costs and optimising profits whist maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.
  • Ensuring that the cleanliness of the entire outlet is maintained to a high standard, including all stores, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Scheduling of team members and management of payroll costs in line with revenue forecasting.
  • Controlling, creating and managing budget for the outlet as well as revenue forecasts weekly.
  • Managing all aspects of Employee Relations including team members attendance, performance management, conduct and training and development.
  • Cash handling and end of day checking to include float count and float audit. Providing necessary reports when requested.
  • Ensuring an effective and safe working environment is maintained in compliance with appropriate legislation, such as Licensing Laws, Health & Safety, and other statutory requirements.
  • Duty Manager responsibility as required
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a skilled outlet Manager who is passionate about great service and work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You'll have:

  • x2 years previous restaurant/bar/outlet management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent guest service focus
  • Employee relations experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations
  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience of effectively managing a team, stock, and daily operations
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience of managing budgets and forecasting
