As Percy French Manager, you'll be a vital part of creating memorable experiences for our guests - delivering hospitality with a smile, managing the team and the operation, and taking pride in every detail.
What You'll DoAs the Percy French Manager you are responsible for:
- The consistent delivery of an exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding our guests expectations.
- The management of stock control and inventory management.
- Controlling costs and optimising profits whist maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.
- Ensuring that the cleanliness of the entire outlet is maintained to a high standard, including all stores, fixtures, and equipment.
- Scheduling of team members and management of payroll costs in line with revenue forecasting.
- Controlling, creating and managing budget for the outlet as well as revenue forecasts weekly.
- Managing all aspects of Employee Relations including team members attendance, performance management, conduct and training and development.
- Cash handling and end of day checking to include float count and float audit. Providing necessary reports when requested.
- Ensuring an effective and safe working environment is maintained in compliance with appropriate legislation, such as Licensing Laws, Health & Safety, and other statutory requirements.
- Duty Manager responsibility as required
We're looking for a skilled outlet Manager who is passionate about great service and work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You'll have:
- x2 years previous restaurant/bar/outlet management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent guest service focus
- Employee relations experience
- Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations
- Ability to demonstrate previous experience of effectively managing a team, stock, and daily operations
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience of managing budgets and forecasting
