PeopleSoft-Technical Asset-Mgmt - REMOTE - UN-agency-client - EN-speaking

We are looking for one "remote PeopleSoft Technical Consultant - Asset Management developer" to start ASAP (from October, desired) an initial contract til years' end (extensions possible) for an international Org' - client in ROME, where 100% REMOTE work is possible. Possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability. English speaking environment. Please note, this project requires candidates who have LEASE administration expertise.

Context

My UN-client has implemented PeopleSoft both Financials and HCM, with the current application version of 9.2 (PeopleTools 8.56).
The objective of this project is to complete the configuration and functionality of the current Asset Management module. UN-client have evolved from a head quartered based organization to now over 40 country offices, each with assets that require tracking and management

Duties and responsibilities

You will be responsible for all aspects of the project implementation, noting that some initial steps have been completed in:
1.Complete the security configuration in Peoplesoft to grant access to the country offices designated users for the country offices assets
2.Activate Audit Logs on asset related information
3.Develop a specific query for country offices active assets
4.Support the business owner during UAT testing, addressing any issues in a timely manner or communicating promptly if a request for change is not feasible.
5.Document the project for technical migration

Skills

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline with at least eight years of professional work experience in the implementation and support of corporate applications including ERP.
• Experience in the implementation and support of large Oracle PeopleSoft projects, in particular in Asset Management in Financials, 9.X
• Kn nowledge of the PeopleSoft Asset Management module
• Proven professional experience as a PeopleSoft technical expert
• Proven experience with People Code, including application packages
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft Integration Tools including integration broker implementing web services (including integrations external to PeopleSoft), component interfaces, File Layouts etc
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools including SQR, Query
• Experience of providing user support
