PeopleSoft HCM/PAYROLL T/F consultant - REMOTE - UN-agency-client - EN-speaking

We are looking for one "remote PeopleSoft HCM/PAYROLL T/F consultant" to start ASAP (from January, desired) an initial contract about 6-months (extensions possible) for an international Org' - client in ROME, where 100% REMOTE work is possible. Possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability. English speaking environment.

• Our client is an international organisation in Rome and a great reference in any CV!
• On-Site in Rome would be great, but up to 100% Off-site/Off-shore is possible.

TASKS

Main responsibilities (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2):

• Analyse business requirements and update HCM functionality in line with new UN guidelines and operational changes
• Conduct workshops with user groups to validate requirements
• Design solutions fully compatible with existing delivered and customised components
• Implement updates across Global Payroll, Job Data, Absence Management, Teleworking, consultant engagement processes (eRCS) and related areas
• Prepare test scenarios and test scripts
• Support user acceptance testing, including issue tracking, follow-up and resolution
• Deliver all necessary technical/functional documentation
• Provide post-go-live support for the implemented solution

Skills

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and solution design
• Strong background in PeopleSoft HCM and Financials 9.2
• In-depth knowledge of Global Payroll (rules, calculations, supporting elements) and Job Data
• Expert-level skills with PeopleTools 8.5x, including PeopleCode, Application Packages and Integration Broker
• Strong SQL skills on Oracle Database
• Experience acting as lead or sole technical resource on PeopleSoft projects, working independently with functional and non-PeopleSoft stakeholders
• Solid skills in data analysis and reporting tools (Query, BI Publisher)
• Familiarity with modern approaches such as Event Mapping and configurable page elements
