People Team Admin: Onboarding, HR Records & Support

Sharp Business Systems France is seeking a highly organised People Team Administrator to join the People & Transformation Team. The role focuses on delivering an excellent employee experience from onboarding to offboarding and supporting payroll, HR reporting and admin tasks.

You will be the first point of contact for employee queries, maintain HR records, and assist with learning and development, internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
