Job SummaryLead and develop the People Services team for Biocomposites Group, ensuring delivery of an efficient, effective, and customer-focused service. Support people development by applying best practices and technology to drive continuous improvement. Develop high-performing People Services that comply with regulatory requirements and audit standards across all operating countries.
Responsibilities- Ensure the quality of People Services provides employees and candidates with an excellent experience.
- Lead through a hands-on approach, developing a high-performing People Service team supporting HR functions.
- Manage data, administration, payroll, and advisory processes in line with legal requirements and company policies.
- Promote a culture of attention to detail, compliance, and accuracy, working with the HR team to improve services and data integrity.
- Embed the use of HR systems, ATS, and best practices across the team to maximize system functionality.
- Manage resources effectively to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction, supporting HR teams during peak demands.
- Maintain effective relationships with HR colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in People Services advice through regular checks and follow-up.
- Act as Data Protection champion, ensuring GDPR compliance in all activities.
- Develop and motivate team members to achieve high performance and customer service standards.
- Secure and accurately maintain all HR information in line with GDPR and legislation.
- Prepare monthly HR analytics and reports for the HR Director, covering key HR performance metrics.
- Monitor HR budget expenditure and manage related purchase orders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor a People Services operating plan.
- Educated to Level 4 (A-level or equivalent).
- CIPD qualification at Level 7.
- Proven leadership and team motivation experience.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement.
- Background in developing customer-focused HR services.
- General HR experience with knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Working knowledge of GDPR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and case management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and implement solutions for process improvements.
