People Services Coordinator & Onboarding Lead

Coastland College is seeking a proactive People Coordinator to join the People Team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. You will support the full employee lifecycle, provide first-line HR guidance, and help drive accurate records and compliance across Weymouth and Kingston Maurward campuses.

The role requires experience in HR or People Services, a CIPD qualification, and strong organisational and communication skills.
