People Partner, UK&I: Leadership, Change & Engagement

Costa Coffee is hiring a People Partner for the UK&I Support Centre. You will partner with senior leaders to drive engagement, capability and performance in support of Costa's long-term ambitions.

You'll lead core people processes, shape change initiatives, and coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability across the organisation. The role blends home working with on-site collaboration as Costa moves to a new St Albans centre.
