About the Role:

We're looking for acommercially savvy, driven, and outcome-focused Senior People Partnerto join our People Team in London. You'll partner closely with ourTrading & Central Services teams, shaping strategy and driving impact acrossEurope, North America, and APAC.

This isn't a typical BAU role - it's high visibility, high impact, and hands-on. You'll own relationships with senior leaders, influence decision-making, and deliver meaningful change across the full employee lifecycle. Fromcreating exceptional candidate and employee experiencestodesigning people solutions that drive performance and engagement, you'll be at the centre of how we scale with clarity and care.

Working closely with ourFractional CPOand collaborating with People & Talent colleagues globally, you'll play a key role in one of Walr's most strategically important growth areas. This is a role for someone who thrives infast-paced, high-growth environments, loves solving complex challenges withstructure and clarity, isdata-driven, commercially minded, and deeply people-focused and wants to shape and elevate the People agenda on aglobal stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Fractional CPO, Global People Lead, and regional People & Talent colleaguesto ensure ajoined-up strategyacross markets and functions.
  • Be a trusted partnerto our global leaders and employees - building strong, credible relationships at every level.
  • Own and deliver high-impact People processesacross the full employee lifecycle, includingperformance, compensation, engagement, onboarding, off-boarding, and employee relations.
  • Coach and develop managersto navigate performance, feedback, retention, and team development - equipping them tolead confidently and independently.
  • Act as astrategic thought partneronorg design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, helping leaders structure teams for growth and impact.
  • Design and implement scalable, global frameworksthat balance local compliance with a consistent, people-first approach topolicies, processes, and programs.
  • Leveragedata and insightsto influence decisions, track progress, and measure success across regions.
  • Champion our culture and values, ensuring they're lived, not just stated, and evolving intentionally as we scale globally.
  • Stay ahead ofemployment legislation and complianceand advise on best practice to manage risk effectively.
  • Contribute toglobal people initiativesthat drive performance, engagement, and retention across diverse markets, balancing bothlocal nuanceandglobal consistency.

Desired Experience:

  • Proven experiencein aPeople PartnerorHR Business Partnerrole within ascaling, global, or international business - ideally within atech-enabled, product-led, or high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a People team(either directly or through influence), developing capability, and ensuring alignment across regions.
  • Demonstrated successcoaching and enabling managersto build high-performing teams, drive engagement, and navigate complex people challenges.
  • A track record ofowning end-to-end people processesacross the full employee lifecycle includingperformance, development, compensation, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Comfortableoperating at both strategic and hands-on levels- shifting seamlessly betweenbig-picture planningandday-to-day delivery.
  • Highly skilled atusing data and insightsto shape decisions, influence stakeholders, and measure impact across multiple regions.
  • Experience in global or matrixed environments, collaborating acrosstime zones, cultures, and seniority levelsto deliver joined-up solutions.
  • Adaptable,commercially minded, and thrives infast-paced, ambiguous environmentswhere structure, clarity, and outcomes matter.
