People Partner: HR Generalist for Culture & Growth

Wenzel's The Bakers is seeking a motivated Head of HR to join our Head Office in Watford. You'll lead the People function, champion engagement, and partner with managers to drive performance and a compliant workplace.

As a true HR Generalist, you'll manage ER, recruitment, onboarding, policies, and absence while supporting store teams. CIPD level 3 or equivalent, retail/FMCG experience, and strong communication are essential.
