You are

You are a strategic People Partner who aligns talent strategy with business goals across India and Sri Lanka. You influence multi year people decisions, navigate complexity with strong judgment, and provide trusted counsel to senior leaders.

What You'll Do

• Align People and business priorities with Engineering, Simulation & Analysis, and GTM leaders across South Asia.
• Lead org design, workforce planning, and leadership development to drive scalable growth.
• Advise senior leaders on complex, high risk People matter using strong judgment and data insights.
• Identify org issues across sites and implement solutions that enhance performance and collaboration.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, development, and succession planning.

What You'll Need

Extensive HRBP experience in multisite engineering/technical environments, with strong business acumen, analytics, and executive level influence. Deep expertise in org development, workforce strategy, change leadership, and stakeholder communication; HR degree with 15+ years' experience.
