People Partner - Employee Relations (ER) - SE (Hands-on)

Huntress is hiring a People Partner (Employee Relations) to support operational teams in the South East of England. This hands-on ER-led generalist role owns live casework and coaches managers to handle routine issues themselves, freeing Senior People Partners for strategic work.

The role sits 4 days on site and 1 day from home, with a salary of £55,000 plus a £6,000 car allowance. You will manage ER cases end to end, advise on policy and employment law, deliver manager training and contribute
