About the role

This is a true HR Business Partnering role, acting as a strategic partner you will work with leadership to progress the People Strategy of the business areas you support, through developing and helping to implement people plans which support the business in meeting its objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
- This role contributes to the overall delivery of our people strategy by working as a strategic partner to designated business areas.
- Reporting to our Head of People Partnering you will bring a combination of experience of supporting fast paced change and transformation programmes with a collaborative and commercial approach.
- You'll support People Managers to develop and lead high performing teams, including fostering an inclusive culture, supporting the development, engagement and performance of their teams to deliver excellent results that support our organisational goals.
- Support on wider organisational objectives, initiatives or project work e.g. change projects, working closely with cross-functional groups, providing a People perspective and support in delivering the best outcomes.
- Be an ambassador for great People practice and an advocate for our values, identifying and driving improvements in practices, policies and systems and fostering a great workplace culture.
About you:
- As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will be commercially focused with the ability to challenge and work at pace. You'll have a blend of operational and strategic experience and will be up to date with the latest in employment law.
- With hands-on experience in a range of complex employee relations cases you will relish the opportunity to share your expertise with our managers.
- You will also have the confidence to work with our leadership team and senior management population in the delivery of change programmes.

The interview process for this role involves:-
- Initial call with a recruiter by phone (typically 30 minutes), followed by:
- An interview on MS Teams (approximately 45-90 minutes) consisting of values and experience-based competency questions
- Final face to face interview and scenario based exercise at our London Office
