People Organisation Strategy Manager (12 Month FTC)

This role sits within Aon's Chief Administrative Strategy team and plays a key part in delivering initiatives that support colleague experience, organisational effectiveness and people risk management across a global environment.

What the day will look like

Leading the planning, coordination and execution of projects that impact the experience of all colleagues across the firm. Partnering with global, matrixed teams to drive progress against strategic priorities. Building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Contributing to global People initiatives and leading development programmes that enhance organisational capability. Supporting listening strategies, including survey delivery, analysis of feedback and tracking of actions and outcomes.

The role reports to a Senior People Partner within the People Organisation Strategy team.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Experience within a People Organisation, HR strategy, project or operations environment.
  • Experience supporting or leading project delivery in a complex or global environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Understanding of HR, people or organisational processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical thinking with ability to turn insight into action.
  • Interest in innovation and digital tools, including AI.
  • Experience supporting colleague experience or listening initiatives is beneficial.
  • Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP) is advantageous.
