People Operations Leader - Workforce & Guest Experience

Diageo is seeking a People Operations Manager for its Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, Ireland. This full-time, permanent role focuses on workforce planning, leadership coaching and operational excellence to ensure teams are right sized and well supported.

You will partner with HR, Learning & Development and operational stakeholders to deliver consistent processes, drive performance, and create an exceptional employee experience across our visitor-facing teams.
