People Operations Lead - Raceday Workforce & Planning

Ascot Racecourse is seeking a proactive People Operations Manager to lead the team responsible for planning and coordinating its large-scale casual workforce, including supporting approximately 3,500 casual workers during Royal Ascot.

You will oversee labour planning, forecasting, payroll and workforce deployment across Ascot's core business, collaborating with operational teams, agencies and suppliers to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
