People Operations Lead - Employee Experience

Conduct is seeking a proactive People Operations lead to own the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding-and ensure the experience scales with a fast-growing company.

You will manage benefits, visa and right-to-work processes, policy documentation, HRIS and payroll data, and run a seamless onboarding while keeping audit-ready records. London/NYC team; visa sponsorship available.
