People Operations Intern: HR, Systems & Recruitment

ClearSpace is seeking a People Operations Intern to support the full employee lifecycle, reporting to the Head of People & Culture. You will gain hands-on experience across onboarding, data management, recruitment coordination, and HR operations in a fast-growing space tech environment.

You'll work across onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data, and candidate scheduling while helping maintain processes and records. This role offers practical, visible impact beyond admin tasks.
