People Operations Associate

Ralph Lauren is seeking a People Team Associate to provide dedicated HR support across corporate functions, retail teams and People Services. The role acts as the main contact for day-to-day employee queries, handling HR admin, Workday transactions, onboarding, payroll coordination and visa sponsorship processes.

You will support the People Lead (UK & ROI) on projects, promote an inclusive culture, and ensure data accuracy through audits and reporting.
