People Manager: Culture & Engagement Leader

McDonald's Ireland is seeking a People Manager to shape workplace culture, lead people initiatives, and implement leading-edge people systems across our restaurants, enhancing the employee experience while protecting the Brand.

The role requires availability across weekdays and weekends with early mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You'll work within the operations team, engaging staff, managers, and external contacts to deliver Wirkung objectives and drive engagement.
