People-First Store Lead: Coaching, Care & Ops

Boots UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a customer facing team, coaching individuals, planning rotas and driving store performance while ensuring safe, compliant pharmacy services. You'll create a welcoming, high performing environment where customers and patients feel cared for and valued.

You'll report to the Store Manager, own day to day operations, manage stock, audits and loss prevention, and use data to identify opportunities to improve service, safety and commercial outcomes.
