People-First Recruitment Coordinator

Chilled Pubs is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help us find the right people for our venues and provide every candidate with a brilliant experience. This busy, high-volume role involves speaking to candidates over the phone and via video, reviewing applications, and conducting screening calls.

Based at The Joiners Arms, Quarndon, you will coordinate interviews, manage candidate records, post adverts, and support recruitment campaigns.
