People Experience & Engagement Lead

Board Intelligence is expanding its People & Culture team to protect and grow culture as we scale. This role sits at the heartbeat of P&C, driving end-to-end programmes and taking on onboarding, change management and EVP activities alongside the Talent team.

You'll support day-to-day recruitment, run the graduate hiring programme, translate engagement scores into action, boost participation, and plan engaging company-wide events, building a visible P&C presence across the business.
