People Experience Advisor: HR Systems & Growth

Mondelez International is seeking a People Experience Advisor in Crediton to support HR operations within the manufacturing function. This role involves driving continuous improvement of people processes, supporting onboarding, absence management, and coaching colleagues on new technology and systems.
