Job Details

Our vibrant, super sustainable East London-based catering company is expanding. Known for creative, colorful, and seasonal menus-often veggie or vegan-we host events ranging from 20 to 500 guests, with up to 15+ events in a busy week. As we continue to grow, we seek a highly organized individual to support and develop our freelance events team. Training will be provided by the existing team, offering an excellent opportunity for career development in operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate freelancers, onboard new team members, and schedule shifts.
  2. Train team members and teach our unique ways of working.
  3. Ensure every event has the right team in place.
  4. Manage admin tasks such as shift schedules, invoice cross-checking, and team communication.
  5. Handle feedback, solve problems, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Qualifications
  • Management experience is essential.
  • Experience in hospitality or catering is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, with a positive attitude.
Details

This is a 40-hour/week role, Monday to Friday, daytime. WFH 2-3 days per week. Occasional evenings and weekends are paid as overtime. Ideal for someone interested in operational or people management roles.
