Job Title: People Co-ordinator / Operations Support
Reporting To: People Manager / Operations Manager
Location: K Beverage Head Office / Field Based
Business: K Beverage Ltd - Starbucks Franchise Partner
To provide support across both the People and Operations functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, strong people processes, and effective support to the K Beverage Starbucks store estate.
Key Responsibilities People Support- Support recruitment activity including adverts, interviews, onboarding, and right to work checks.
- Prepare contracts, new starter paperwork, and employee records.
- Maintain HR systems, absence records, holiday records, and personnel files.
- Support employee relations administration including meetings, letters, and note taking.
- Assist with training coordination and compliance records.
- Respond to basic people queries from store managers and employees.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team across all stores.
- Maintain trackers, reports, action plans, and store communications.
- Support audits, compliance actions, and store follow-up.
- Assist with new store openings, projects, and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate maintenance, supplier requests, and general store support.
- Previous HR, administration, co-ordinator, or operations support experience.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office / Excel.
- Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
- Retail or hospitality experience desirable.
- Positive and proactive approach.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional and approachable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team focused and adaptable.
- Travel to stores may be required.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Flexibility to meet business needs.
