People Automation & AI Architect

Vanta is seeking a People Automation & AI Partner to design, build, and scale AI-powered workflows and agents across Recruiting and People operations. You'll own Dust agent architecture, connect recruiters and hiring managers with durable automation, and turn team ideas into production-ready solutions.

You'll prototype rapid automation across the recruiting funnel, partner with Ashby-driven workflows, and help expand the AI tooling strategy.
