Central support office: Nottingham Road, Long Eaton, Nottingham NG10 1HQ

Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time 40 hours

Salary: £8 per hour.

About the role

We are keen to attract candidates that have an interest in developing their business administration knowledge though the Apprenticeship programme. This role will allow you to work towards a Business Administration qualification and will support and equip you with relevant experience for your studies. As a People Apprentice, you will be a key part of our Central Support Office, assisting our people team.

  • Support HR/Recruitment on request.
  • Answers telephone enquiries.
  • Assist with the people team inbox and forward to relevant people.
  • Assist and support in the processing of contracts of employment and employment letters, ensuring an efficient process and responding to queries related to them.
  • Carry out all aspects of admin work including filing, photocopying, shredding etc.
Essentials
  • Are 16 or over and have an aptitude for learning.
  • Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
  • are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
  • are patient and friendly.
