People & Workplace Operations Lead

Influential Software Services Ltd is seeking an HR & Facilities Lead to own the day-to-day HR function and the Maidstone office. This standalone, hands-on role covers the full employee lifecycle and office management, working toward CIPD qualifications and managing relationships with employees, managers and external providers.

You will play a key role in HR data accuracy, onboarding, recruitment, and payroll support while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
