People & Talent Coordinator (HR & Recruitment)

Safetech is seeking a part-time HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Rayleigh team. The role covers the full employee journey-from advertising vacancies, CV screening and interviews, to contracts, onboarding and HR support. It is an on-site, Monday-to-Friday position with school-friendly hours (9:00am-3:00pm).

You will work closely with Directors and managers to recruit great people, maintain HR processes and ensure a welcoming employee experience across the company.
