People & Talent Advisor - Onsite HR Generalist & Culture

Faria Education Group is seeking a proactive People & Talent Advisor to join the HR team at Alderley Park, with 3/4 days onsite. You will advise on the employee lifecycle, manage payroll coordination, onboarding, and office-based people support, working closely with Senior HR Business Partners.

The role covers HR advisory, recruitment support, and hands-on administration while helping keep the office running smoothly for everyone.
