People & Relationships HR Advisor - Coaching & Training

NHS is seeking People and Relationship Advisors to join the newly formed team in Nantgarw, Wales. This role involves supporting effective people management and coaching while ensuring operational success of the People Strategy.

The position is a fixed term for 18 months, requiring a degree or equivalent qualification, CIPD level 5 and HR advisory experience. Candidates should have strong coaching skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
