People & Recruitment Leader - Talent & ER Champion

Specialist Passenger Solutions (SPS) is seeking a People & Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment function for a 24/7 operation and to embed robust ER processes. Reporting to the People Director, you will drive driver recruitment, manage the people team, and ensure compliant hiring and employee relations across the business.

You will develop recruitment strategies, ensure fit-for-purpose job descriptions, oversee onboarding via Workday, and collaborate with operations and learning teams.
