People & Onboarding Lead - HR Manager

Morgan McKinley Waterford is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the day-to-day people function for a fast-growing company. This newly created role reports to the CFO and covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and people management.

You will standardise onboarding, drive end-to-end recruitment, advise managers across the employee lifecycle, handle complex HR matters with pragmatism, and partner with the leadership team to build scalable people practices that support growth.
