People & HR Advisor - Data, Recruitment & ER

MidKent College in Maidstone and Gillingham is seeking a proactive People specialist to join the People Team on a permanent full-time basis. You will support managers and staff across recruitment, absence management, employee relations and data reporting to deliver an effective People service.

Reporting to the Relevant Business Partner, you will interpret policies, assist with sickness absence cases, coordinate occupational health referrals, support recruitment activities and help deliver the
