People & Experience Partner for Early-Career Talent

VaynerX is seeking a Senior Associate on the People and Experience Team (PET) in New York. You will own relationships with entry-level talent, guide managers through feedback cycles, and safeguard retention and wellbeing across three pods.

You will lead onboarding kickoff calls, support PET initiatives, and optimize workflows while partnering with the Senior Director and PET members to deliver a thoughtful employee experience.
