People & Culture Strategist (HR & ER)

TC Group, a growing Top 20 UK accountancy firm, is hiring a People & Culture Adviser in Fareham. You will balance advisory support for managers and Partners with hands-on HR casework, helping drive positive people outcomes across a multi-office business.

You'll handle performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances, DSARs, policy projects and data insights, while coaching People & Culture Assistants and partnering with senior leaders to deliver excellent client service.
