Social Care in Action (SCiA) is seeking a proactive People and Culture Recruitment Officer in Southampton. This permanent, full-time role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing campaigns, and building talent pipelines to support SCiA's growth and safeguarding commitments.

You will report to the People and Culture Manager, ensure safer recruitment practices, and collaborate with managers across the organisation to fill vacancies effectively.
